Driving Directions:

From I-25 (either direction) Take the Lincoln Ave Exit

Go West on Lincoln Ave and Turn Left on Park Meadows Blvd.

Turn in to Sky Ridge Medical Center and follow signs to the Conifer Building. The Surgical Center is located on the first floor of the Conifer Building. The building is on the South West side of the Medical Center Campus.

Sky Ridge Surgical Center has easy, accessible, free parking.

Patient Drop-off and Pick-up
Patients can be droped off and picked up directly in front of our building.
